Sen Says: Third time's the charm....

Put any five reviews you like in your F.Y.C. list.
Do not use reviews from the previous round - you must change them every round.
Post here to declare that you've done it. Sooner is better than later.
Provide a spoiler warning in your post when appropriate.
You must read the F.Y.C.s of all participants.
The next round starts on Monday at noon or later, FWFR time.

Fair enough, but at noon on Monday everyone can always assume a V&V from me if it makes them happier. I'd personally rather get on with changing my reviews over and not have to wait for the next round to be started before doing so, as in fact I've already done this time. With only one round a week it's much easier to get a backlog and the sooner I can put five more in the less likely I am to get confused.

It's not entirely a matter of trust - although when we had 30+ entrants people could (and did) get away with entering but not bothering to vote on the other reviews. With so few now it's more a matter of ensuring everyone has caught up and good to continue - there's not much scope for hardline rule keeping any more. I'd much rather there was a little leeway so people can occasionally vote late than not enter at all. Sometimes you can check at noon on Monday and see there are still a couple of people yet to vote, or even nearly everyone - because you can count the V&Vs - so rather than plough ahead and potentially lose votes you know its better to wait and start the new round later - that's why V&Vs are useful and I'm glad it's something we do. It's a courtesy to the person starting the new round as much as anything.
Regarding the specific wording of the round start time - I don't think it matters as long as the sense is clear. "From" is better English than "at or later" though, I agree. I'll change it next round.

Yes, I've never liked it since it first crept in. I think we should just trust each other. Anyway, I promise that I always view everyone's selection in time, except for extremely occasionally when something goes wrong and I acknowledge so and don't enter the next round. In fact, I nearly always go through all of them at least twice.

The time frame seems to have shifted (and I don't mean from 6:00 to noon). It used to say from [time], then it said at [time] and now it says at [time] or later. I noticed a certain person unilaterally change it but now I can't find when that happened. Anyway, I think the from wording is better because it more elegantly covers the fact that that is the time of the change of round but the new thread may be posted at any time after. I really think everyone should vote before noon on Monday. The person starting the new thread shouldn't need to wait for them to say so sometime afterwards. As I see it, at noon that previous round has ended.

Check out Blur's most famous songs if they are not well known outside Britain.

A Department Q is opened to store old police cases, some unusual ones of which are then predictably reopened. Oddly, I just saw the first one at the cinema in Barcelona a couple of weeks ago and then when I went planning to see something else in Madrid today the second one was out.

Spoilers (here and in the reviews):

What We Did on Our Holiday: A man tells his grandchildren that he would like a Viking funeral and they oblige;

Tomorrowland: A pin enables time travel, experientially if not quite literally.

Herbert Beerbohm Tree plays King John in the earliest surviving piece of Shakespeare on film.
Julie Taymor, famous for her stage adaptation of The Lion King, recently directed a stage/screen version of "A Midsummer Night's Dream".
Marilyn Monroe is repeatedly given the same medal by Laurence Olivier in "The Prince and the Showgirl".
Michael Redgrave and Michael Denison star in "The Importance of Being Earnest".
