I tracked that one down after it made the top 10 in the last big Sight and Sound poll, and really enjoyed it. Excellent film.

A couple of those 8s may become 9s on another viewing - I'm thinking "Nostalgia for the Light" and maybe "Five Broken Cameras". All of the above are excellent films though.
I've only seen 3 of the S&S top 10 - of those "Sans Soleil" went straight over my head, and "Night and Fog" was too unpleasant a viewing experience to really "enjoy". Must watch "Shoah" sometime. |

I thought "sounds interesting, must try and find it". But then noticed I've scored it 7/10 on IMDb and recall nothing about it.
