This one's a little close to home for me. :-( She had been well cared for at a home for late stage alzheimers patients that has been funded by the industry, and was not estranged from the (DeLuise) boys.

At Dom's side and part of Mel Brooks' circle in which she was best known for her role as Harriet Johnson in Blazing Saddles, Carol Arthur also popped up in many shows and films. I suspect a lot of work, in which she was needed in a pinch, went uncredited.
