Can anyone tell me which of the Pink Panther films includes the "fart in the lift" joke?

The only Pink Panther film that would stoop that low would be the recent re-make.

This is 2nd-hand, but there's apparently a doco called That's Panthertainment [tho it's not on IMDB] which alledgedly refers to 2 different versions of the joke.

I believe that would be "Curse of the Pink Panther"

A little old lady asks Robert Loggia to hold her dog. She won't take no for an answer. With doomed inevitability, Loggia holds her dog. The dog cuts a loud, disgusting fart. The old lady tells Loggia he should be ashamed of himself. The elevator arrives at the lobby, and everyone exits while waving their hands in front of their noses.

That explains why I've not seen it- it's one of the cash-ins made after Sellers died (this one not even featuring footage from other films by the looks of it).

Alternatively it's one of the originals with Peter Sellers. He's in one of his disguises, this time as a mobster a la The Godfather, in a lift with 2 or 3 other real mobsters and they're all standing there avoiding eye contact, just being tough. Sellers famously kept corpsing during the scene reducing all to hysterical fits of the giggles.
It's been a staple of out-take compilations for years.

And I still can't remember which one it's from, "A Shot In The Dark", "Return Of" or "Strikes Again"
