What a coinky-dink, yesterday I got a new job!
I'm not starting until Feb. but as I will no longer be a government Cheese, I'm anticipating harder work and longer hours... which brings up the issue of my duties as Avatyrant. Thinking about stepping down or maybe we should just put it to rest as participation has been fairly low. Thoughts?

Here is a handy occupation. It sure makes horses happy.
BTW Cheese......The Avatar contest is a important part of FWFR. I cant imagine coming here without it. |

| Ever since I started feeding the feral cat that my aunt used to feed, we've been faced with an occupation of our own. Allow me to introduce to you "The Invasion of the Opossumsnatchers". When the cat finishes his meal, a veritable bevy of opossums occupies the front step to eat the leftovers. *Brrrrrrrrrrrrrr* Talk about grotesque. |

I rarely read this stuff, but did I hear Master Cheeze Whiz speak about retirement of THE premier contest on site, and possibly collecting an FWFR pension himself???
Perish the thought, my friend. The job has been arduous and thankless, so I cannot argue with part of the inclination; but I cannot LIVE without the contest. Let us all put some thought into it.
Meanwhile, several of you are occupying three votes!
