This is worth a bookmark -- not fun, but really, really useful. Sort of like a digi-granny who has all the answers.

And now for a site by and for people who are knowledgable and passionate about cinema ... be sure to check out the section of amazing/amusing title sequences. Cool enough for your fridge!

Once upon a time I was Executive Producer for an international webhouse, and one of our clients was a CD games developer called Jellyvision. Their new trivia game was called You Don't Know Jack. We were all given beta versions to play - uhm test out, yeah, test out, that's what I mean ...
Anyway, I LOVED it, though some peeps find the presentation annoying. Dunno how long they've been online, but if you like highbrow/lowbrow trivia - give this a go.
BTW - on some of the CDs Kevin Bacon's voice is featured. I was pretty sure it was him, but ya never know. So, when I was interviewing him for The Woodsman I asked him. He smiled bigtime and said yes!
Have fun!

http://thewildernessdowntown.com/ is a website that asks for the address of the place where you grew up and then plays a song with video and weaves in Google Streetview of your old home. Very clever and entertaining. |
