Nope, it's not a browser thing. My blockers are blocking it because up.liga.ir isn't being recognized as a legit url. I did a whois lookup on that and on the dns number and got a similar response.
The prob seems to be with the url, and not with the .swf file itself - though who knows since I can't scan it.
Google search - web & images - led me to a FaceBook page about a decent looking young dude, comments about he's so hot, etc., and something about fangs, and something about a Who Wants To Be A Millionaire contestant who tanked on Pokemon characters.
I guess I'm being ultra wary because of nasty Backdoor:Bifrose Trojan which I'm finally clear of!
Whatever - it's time I did some actual work!

Online blood-alcohol calculator. Interesting to try different drinking scenarios to find out how close you might be to the driving limit in intoxication.
I concluded that I'm never likely to be over the limit, whether I'm driving or not.
