So far, no one showed up at my press conference, I haven't gotten laid because of it (though I'm doing o.k. otherwise, thankyouverymuch), still no word from the Oscars people, and I narrowly avoided getting arrested for signing my autograph on some woman's breast (seems she was sleeping, and I thought it'd be a nice thing to do). WHO KNEW THAT RESIDUAL FAME WOULD BE THIS HARD!
Sometimes, I get nostalgic for the good old days when I was pretty sure nobody knows who I am.
(Oh well, at least now I know for sure.) |

By default (a 600 square foot condo and a wife with an enjoyment for a particular show), I watch the Ellen show almost every day, either directly or overhear it from the computer.
Who do I see is guest on the show this morning? Why, Isaiah Mustafa, none other than the Old Spice man and FWFR's favourite surrogate brother! If you have a chance to see the March 11 episode, you'll see the man. Do you think he'll mention us? Should have given him an advance copy of the book, MGX! |

In case you want to see it (again): Ellen (left column, scroll down). Keep an eye peeled for Oprah, too.
(Huh? There are advance copies of the book?!?!?) |

He was in the Wall St. Journal today too. I turned to my bride and said, "I know his brother!" |

First time i've seen that and it's a great concept into which he really fits bringing his charisma across well in the ad and then more so in his interviews. |

I tell you, it's almost enough for me to want to buy my husband Old Spice wash for my man.
(Too bad they don't sell it here.)

MguyX,
Has nobody walked up to your brother and asked "Are you the brother of the guy who wrote the No. 1 review on the Four Word Film Review website?" |

Quite to my chagrin, no.

Well, when a friend of mine noted the commercial on her Facebook wall, I told her about this site and you and your top rated review. Never know, even if your review doesn't need more votes, it could bring more people over to the site.

I don't watch TV so I hadn't seen it but there is a recording artist I follow who has been talking about your brother for weeks...she is in love with him!

I think the advert warrants a mention on the Old Spice page too. |

Those vandals certainly can be brutal when they want, but sometimes they can be outright humorous. I was picturing a stripper pole in the barbeque place. |
