Put any five reviews you like in your F.Y.C. list.
Do not use reviews from the previous round: you must change them every round.
Post here to declare that you've done it: sooner is better than later.
Provide spoiler warnings in your post when appropriate.
Read the F.Y.C.s of all participants.
The next round starts on Monday at noon or later, F.W.F.R. time.

Two protagonists escape communist Warsaw for Paris.

As soon as I saw the trailer for one otherwise enjoyable film, I was so irritated by the fact that the first wolf tamed would obviously not have been an adult nor would it have been achieved by an injured boy lost alone in the middle of nowhere.

A doughball is raised as a son.

An oceanographer and her father, who are living with her little girl and their colleagues on an underwater station, come into contact with a megalodon.

Here are my five reviews.

Lemmy in for #1284.

During WWII, 12-year-old half-German, half-American Emil (Skip Homeier)comes from Germany to live with his American uncle (Frederic March). As soon as he arrives, he dons his Hitler Youth uniform and he’s giving out the Nazi salute to anyone he meets. Will he be won over by good old American decency? Watch and see.

In the Canadian film Ticket to Heaven, Nick Mancuso falls under the spell of a cult not unlike the fate of Kate Winslet in Jane Campion’s Holy Smoke.
