Posted - 08/07/2008 : 18:40:06 Favre in New York? Broadway Brett?
He's got some really good receivers in NY - Cotchery, Coles, and both RBs catch a lot too.
It's a good fit but only slightly warmer than Lambeau. Too bad the Jets don't play GB this year - I was really hoping to see Favre on the Vikings with a week 1 date looming - but hope he has a good run in NY. |

Yeah... Sorry about that sweep. (hee hee hee )
As for this Favre deal, I'm kind of bewildered over how both sides have handled things so far. Makes me wonder how much we're not being told.
I really wish we were told even less. Keep all this drama behind closed doors and let us know what the final resolution is. If they turn around and trade him now that it appears like we're going to have him back again... just turn the knife a little more! |

Add in the sweep and luckily there are no tall buildings in these parts... the barn is looking pretty tempting, though.
Thanks for caring, though!
