to all those who will be celebrating across the pond.

Here's a great recipe I found for you to use with your turkey:

1 8-15 lb. turkey

1 cup melted butter

1 cup stuffing per person

1 cup uncooked popcorn (ORVILLE REDENBACHER'S MOVIE BUTTER POPCORN)

Salt/pepper to taste

1 bottle of Reposado tequila

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brush turkey well with melted butter salt, and pepper.

Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn.

Place in baking pan with the neck end toward the back of the oven.

Sit in a relaxing chair, sip the tequila and listen for the popping sounds.

The turkey is done when its ass explodes and blows the oven door open.

Enjoy, and have a great time y'all.

Regardless, Happy Thanksgiving to all celebrating, and to the rest of you still holding equities--drink the tequila.

Hopefully not the FWFR Turducken.

For quite a long while I was somewhat bemused as to why someone would use 'turd...' in their username. I was quite pleased to discover (when I googled it) that it was something that looks very tasty.

Edit:- Man, I've just had breakfast, but reading that recipe and looking at all the pics has made me sooooooooo hungry.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Oh, yeah - I remember that holiday.

Seriously, I actually miss having Thanksgiving. So much so that when I bought my last cooker, I made sure it was big enough to roast a whole bird in. I've done it a couple of times, but this year since we leave on Friday for our vacation, we won't be happening.

(I make my own cranberry sauce too! And I bet that would look really cool if you pour it on Chris' turkey after the explosion!)

I'll be gobble, gobbling some cheese, thankfully.
