Interesting how we interpret some of the categories, isn't it? Some people see the final battle as a huge fight. I see it as something coming full circle.

Opening Credits: Across the Universe - Beatles
Waking Up: Summertime Janis Joplin
Falling in Love: Moondance Van Morrison
Fight Scene: Handbags & Gladrags Rod Stewart
Breaking Up: I Dont Want to Talk About It Rod Stewart
Getting Back Together: Everything Alanis Morissette
Life's OK: Our House Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young
Mental Breakdown: I Got the Blues Rolling Stones
Partying: Rainy Day Women #12 & 35 Bob Dylan
Long Night Alone: Under the Bridge Red Hot Chili Peppers
Final Battle: Tapestry Carole King
Death Scene: Knockin on Heavens Door Bob Dylan
End Credits: Landslide Fleetwood Mac

A sex scene didn't occur to me: Low Spark of High Heeled Boys - Traffic

Opening Credits:Roadrunner--modern lovers
Waking Up: blue condition--cream
Falling in Love: Mahgeeta--My Morning Jacket
Fight Scene: Narc (remix version)--Interpol
Breaking Up: Since I've Been Loving You--Led Zep
Getting Back Together: These Days-Nico
Life's OK: Elevator Music--Beck
Mental Breakdown:Third movement of Barber's cello concerto (if i had a second one, it'd be girl anachronism by the dresden dolls)
Partying: Get off of my cloud--the stones
Long Night Alone: ballad of a thin man--bob dylan
Final Battle: House of the Rising Sun--The Animals
Death Scene: Across the Universe--the Beatles (someone used that already but whatever...)
End Credits: I'm Waiting For The Man--Velvet Underground
* Sex Scene:Spoonful--Howlin' Wolf (or maybe the cream cover?)

A moment of clarity would be the twin guitar climax of Pink Floyd's Echoes. If I had a rampage, it'd be to Streetlight Manifesto's Here's To Life. Also I think Layla and London Calling would be in there somewhere, as well as something by aa kismet and the styrenes.
