Now there's an idea. That might work indeed, assuming it's not just a retro exercise. But I still have concerns about what contemporary actor could possibly pull that off. It would need that Christopher Reeve touch, that's for sure.

And while we're talking, demonic, right on about Ang Lee's Hulk. Ever since I've seen that movie, I've called it the bastard offspring of Unbreakable and Batman & Robin.

Really? I'm not so sure that works. In everything of his I've seen, Warburton plays his square-jawed beefiness for laughs, he's much more Bruce Campbell than Christopher Reeve.

Any fans of the comic who would like to see a film made that is more true to the spirit of the comics?

I'm disappointed that they made three Spider-man movies and never included Medusa.
