The 'join this group' buttton is missing, i think maybe the group has been accidently limited to users in the Australia network. I can't even post on the discussion board

I kept spending points on different prizes throughout the show (29 points in all). On the third last question I answered Maria Callas to a question about the opera-singing lover of Onassis but I pronounced it Call-ais not ass. Instead of gaining 5 points I lost them. Final margin - I went down by 4 points.
Still all the cash and prizes won't go astray. |

A luxury holiday for 2 to Byron Bay. (Conan even made the joke of who he would take)

All the prizes arrived and are really good. The airconditioner has proved especially welcome as the temperature has topped the 40C (100+F) mark. But the exciting news is that my dear wife & I head off tomorrow for 5 nights in Byron Bay at this resort. It'll be an early celebration for our 20th wedding anniversary in June. The girls are being farmed out to grandparents.
If this doesn't get me relaxed before school starts at the end of the month, nothing will. |

I watched those three episodes a couple of nights ago, courtesy of a DVD from foxy.
I was able to skip all the promo stuff (which is why I hate watching such shows), but watched everything with Conan in it. Man, you were quick! I thought most of the questions were reasonably easy, but speed is everything, which is something I don't possess. I think I would've sucked big time on it, but probably beaten the crap out of you on the vault.
But, I've got one question (you probably don't want to hear this one, sorry! ). If you were asked to spell "Callas", how would you have spelled it? Correctly? Or did you think her surname was "Calais"? |
