"X marks the spot"

Well, for the umpteenth time, I've accidentally hit the wrong button and completely deleted the contents of a new post: this time it was a whole essay on the Jamie-Lynn pregancy debacle! Dang it!

Unfortunately, I've got to go do some real work, so I don't have time to reconstruct it at the moment. In general, I railed against Lynne Spears for being a stupid parent, I criticized Britney for being a stupid older sister, I expressed pity for Jamie-lynn, and I expressed outrage that the Spearses are dictating the discussion of appropriate and mature social behavior. I concluded that Nicklelodeon should yank Zoey 101 to send a message of disapprobation, thus giving parents some support in their inevitable necessity in explaining this situation, and then I concluded with a cute but edgy irony about chucking spears in my house.

There: wasn't that satisfying?

Oooh ... I HATE it when that happens! I've taken to writing any long posts about films, etc in Notepad and pasting in. I WISH there were an undo facility integrated into this board ... especially since it doesn't seem to recognize the browser undo. Ah, well ...

I cannot blame you for not wanting to be called a spearchucker.

Say, did you know my new job is making wigs! What should I call myself?

Good idea. I used to stop and copy the post after it reached three paragraphs, until the one time I screwed that up too.

It is sooo frustrating!

P.S. Yes, RG, but in this case, it's a "Spearschucker".

You want "satisfying?" If you're into schadenfreude, this should be good:

Lynne Spears was working on a deal with a Christian publishing house to write a book about parenting. The publisher has now backed out.

They have no plans of getting married. But you got to give a point to Jamie and her mom.....They accepted a million dollar deal with a magazine to have the first pics of the baby. Now who's going to want that magazine?

How in tune with the season. 2 thousand years ago, some chick got herself knocked up and we're still celebrating. :::::ducking and running::::

Imagine my chagrin at finding that I enjoy much of Britney's music. How annoying.

I've begun listening to music with headphones while at work all night. I been listening free at jango.com. Some artists I searched for, but I let the program choose others at random for me. It occasionally throws in a Britney song. More specifically, I would say I enjoy the sound and the beat of the material she has performed.

I'll continue this stream of consciousness in a new topic.
