WOW! Was just out trying to catch a few dabs of sun, eyes closed, basking. Suddenly heard a sort of buzzy roar. Opened eyes to see a whirling cluster of bees. I'm not scared, but know enough to stay still. Saw the bees swirling as a mass over to some shrubbery. Noticed a kind of dark blob hanging from a low branch. Carefully got my binoculars and watched these scores of bees clearly building a hive. I'm guessing either their old queen died or they were escaping sudden-bee-death syndrome, or maybe someone had disturbed their old hive. But it's totall fascinating to watch them working together to make their new home. I feel so privileged. Though yhou can bet it ain't gonna be me sticking my hand in there for any honey!

Anyone experienced anything similar?

When I lived deep in the countryside on summers evenings at 7.20 each evening three flocks of birds (they may have been starlings but that's a guess) would approach from different parts of the sky and converge over my house and fly in out and around each other for ten minutes and then dissappear.

It was quite a sight to behold.

I once saw a seagull standing on the back of another seagull that was walking around.

I once saw a beluga whale take a dump at the aquarium. It was a green cloud.
