You're in regular communication with Stevie, are you?
Saying this sort of thing is all well and good. I agree - let's delete the top 100 by number of reviews page. This is fine by me, since I am much higher on the other two pages (8/9 and 19/20 cf. 70/71). However, while that page is there, it may as well be meaningful. |

Even if I weren't, I'd still support his existence, if only to see Salopian get all riled up. No offense pal, but your taking all this shit so seriously always has me in stitches.

Me too.
Besides, if you work things right, you get to vote for your own reviews! |

All of it? If you know that much about the movie, then one line only was spoiled for you. Go finish the movie to see which one. You're only a few years late. |

| I get the strong impression that a significant fact was spoiled for me. However, don't say any more, to be on the safe side. I have been to see it at the cinema and started watching it on D.V.D., but both times I fell asleep. It's on my list. |

If it wasn't really all that interesting, perhaps not much was really spoiled for you... |

'Congratulations' to Alan Smithee for going from 850 reviews yesterday to oracle status today, and thus overtaking myself, Catuli, queenofcats, Little Old Lady from Dubuque, dgbenner, george_kaplan, Pope George Ringo, Corduroy Pillow and Fresno. |

I think you mean 'reviews' not votes? Wow, that was fast work by Alan. I wonder who just slipped down the rankings then? Sure wasn't me. |

Alan Smithee overtook me as well, but I'm his ghost writer. I moved Alan Smithee up by 250 reviews or so in a desperate attempt to increase my average-votes-per review. I disowned almost every non-Godzilla review I had with three or less votes. I kept enough to safely be on the top 100 list though. Wow, I had some bad reviews when I first started here. I'd rather not an imaginary person overtake me with my own reviews, but Benj has said in the past that he prefers us not to delete any reviews because it takes him a lot of time to process them. |

Oh, Mr. S., you break my heart. I had just got past Alan Smithee a day or two ago! I take your point about not wasting Benj and the MERPs' time, but you have never wasted their time by submitting masses of pointless reviews which add nothing to the site, so I don't think you would have needed to worry too much about a relatively small number of deletions. |

Better that than by an imaginary person with someone else's reviews. |
