| Interpret the theme as imaginatively as usual, but I chose it because it's (about now) the 30th anniversary of the release of one of my favourite albums: Never Mind The Bollocks... Now that's an anniversary that shouldn't be ignored. [insert 'gobbing' smilie here] |

Since we're going nostalgic, here's the Pistols on 8 track.
P.S. I just narrowly missed their gig here in L.A. a couple weeks ago. All the seats were reserved for winners of tickets at the radio station where Steve Jones is a D.J. Alas, I couldn't find anyone with sufficient connections to get me in. |

Here's an appropriate tribute to John Lydon AKA Johnny Rotten:
It's a John Leyden!

Now that's a debatable point. (Not that it's a tribute, but what their most famous single was.)
I'd go with "Anarchy in the U.K." Anyone else?

I plead ignorance on the grounds that I am an American born in the 1980s. English punk music never really caught on in the U.S. and most Americans my age probably never even heard of the Sex Pistols. "God Save the Queen" was the only song of their's I've heard of, so I figured it must have been their signiture song. |
