We had our office Christmas/New Year's party last night, and the sucker who got drafted into doing the traditional, and humiliating, make-like-a-monkey-while-trying-to-dance-in-unison-with-the-belly-dancer routine was none other than yours truly.

Here is a photo of me, the belly dancer, and my boss urging me to get my gut out.

And in this photo, I am showing the belly dancer how it's done.

Am I looking at that picture wrong, or do you really have a vertical black line all the way up your mid-section?

I do. It's made of hair, and it stops just short of my pubic region, which is why I call it "the happy trail."
