| I am likely to be in UK 18 july to 5 August, and will probably be in Newbury, approx 60 miles west of London, for the first week or so of that, so we could arrange a UK/Singapore Intercontinental Knees Up ... |

June july august no problem so far.
I should be around, but, as last year, if I'm hand-rearing baby animals for the wild life rescue charity I won't be able to leave the village.
PS Beanie - have FAB time in Tuscany, one of my fav places on earth! Have you beanie there b4? Florence is magnificent, and surrounding countryside equally so. San Gimignano a special treat - the whole town looks like a fairy-tale, but the interior of the cathedral is magical. You'd have to be extremely unlucky to find a plate of bad food. Try some tiny restaurants in the boondocks - homemade calzone to die for.
buon viaggio

Yes Bafta I was in Tuscany before and had a wonderful holiday including staying in Lucca, and traveling to Pisa, Sienna, San Gimignano and Florence.
This time I'm going to a wedding in Arezzo which is quite southerly in Tuscanny. I believe it is the town where they shot the pre-concentration camp scenes of Life is Beautiful.
Thanks BB for your wishes. |

Here is hoping to see all you crazy peeps in London at some mean time. Also before I forget, I do not want to forget the creator himself, MR Benj. I do hope he can come and I will be giving him an email about it

I'm free 30th June/1st July, 14th/15th July, possibly 21/22nd July, plus a couple of weekends in August. The calendar is already rapidly filling up. |

I worked in Sienna for 4 weeks, in 1988, at a campsite shop/cafe/bar, my cousin was the manager. He still lives in Sienna, what a beautiful city it is. |

There's something special about the whole region. Maybe it's got something to do with the grapes!! |

Dear FWFRs, I believe it is a time to actually put a date onto this UK meeting, and I was thinking that the 21st of July would be perfect. Now we have the date, where is the venue? Well as I have mentioned before, the venue would be at Leicester Square, London. I was thinking the Prince Charles Cinema. I will put a link to this, showing the map to where it is.

There should be a map on this link to find out where it is. There are plenty of bars and pubs to sit down and have a blather, but remember drinks are London prices. (Shoon dont forget your NUS card).
I was thinking of meeting up around about 12.00 ish outside the Prince Charles Cinema. We meet up, then we go to the cinema and then head to a pub afterwards. Everyone agreed with that?
Email me if you guys are coming.

Ah, well... I'm out then. I can't be in the UK until the end of August, and we're not sure even that is going to work. Maybe next year!

I'm almost certainly out. When it was pencilled in for late August there was a chance (I wasn't sure my finances would last me the full 3 months) but I'm pretty sure I won't be about mid-July |

Hey Guys. Since a majority of people can't seem to make it at the date that was given, so I might consider a later date. Possibly August. It would be great that a lot of people can come, since I would like to meet most of the FWFRers. So how does everyone feel about that?
