Chris and Tony were in a car crash (Chris driving), car rolled down bank. Tony not injured, Chris quite badly injured, coughing up blood etc, but conscious. He begs Tony to get him out of the car as he wouldn't pass a drug test, i.e., he's admitted to Tony that he's still a regular drug user and was high while driving. Tony then blocks his mouth and nose until he stops breathing. The verdict is that Chris suffocated due to chest trauma etc caused by the accident, but actually it was Tony who finished him off.
