Well, as I said, I'm not of the creationist ilk so no- I don't believe we were designed (perfectly or otherwise), rather we are in a constant state of adaption (determined by our changing environments) forever attempting to reach a perfect 'design' but never getting there.
The appendix, of course, is just the tip of the iceberg- there's more than a few far from perfect things about the human body that point heavily to the non-existance of you-know-who. |
